R’est. is our men’s discipleship group. R’est. stands for two things:

1. Rest: A place for men to come and rest, to have a safe space to share their burdens with brothers.

2. Reestablishing: This is the term used when uprooting a tree to re-plant it in healthy soil. This is what R’est. is all about: replanting men in the truth that they are who God says they are.
